Chilit
Spicy IT professionals with a passion for the craft
A young and driven IT staffing agency deserves a brand identity as bold as its name. Chilit, a fusion of “Chili” and “IT,” is bursting with energy, and they asked us to turn that into a visual identity that sticks. With roots in Rabobank’s high-performing team The Hot Peppers, the founders knew exactly what they wanted: a brand that ignites.
Why Chilit turned to us
You only get one shot at building a brand identity. And if you’re going to do it, do it right. That mindset brought Chilit to us, and it perfectly aligns with our vision of branding: strategic, distinctive, and done with care. This shared perspective marked the beginning of a fruitful collaboration.

Deep Dive: from core values to visual power
Together with the Chilit team, we went back to the company’s roots. During a Deep Dive workshop, we defined the brand’s core values and translated them into several creative concepts. The result: a bold and youthful look. We then extended this design into all visual and digital assets, from logo and corporate identity to website and branded gimmicks.
A brand that breathes code
Chilit connects developers, young professionals who think and build in code. That became the starting point for the new logo. At the heart of the concept: understanding the developer mindset. The final logo features two chili peppers shaped like HTML tags, a subtle nod to the coding languages their talent works in. The arrow-like tags also symbolize the link between client and IT professional.
The end result: spicy & smart
The new visual identity is fresh, modern, and unmistakably Chilit: a blend of spice, precision, and professionalism. We translated the branding into every detail, logo, brand guide, website, and playful touchpoints that give the brand real character. Everything lines up, from pixel to code.
